Raising the bar – building expertise in English

At CMS Hasche Sigle, the level of English among staff was already extremely high. Opportunities to speak or use English, however, arose only irregularly and were often limited to more passive use. EnglishBusiness responded to this challenge by starting lunchtime sessions where lawyers could meet with a native English speaker to hone their skills and discuss predetermined topics. The scheme has been running successfully for several years now and allows participants to build specific expertise while maintaining their high standard of English.
